Click the ▾ on any heading to filter that column, Excel style. Every cell is editable. Click a cell, then drag the small green square at its bottom-right corner to fill down — or double-click that square to fill all the way to the last row, exactly like Excel. Press Esc to cancel an edit. A cell only turns orange when you actually change it; clear it to bring the formula back.

Type a number in the green Set base price for all box to push it into every mill at once. Click the ▾ on any heading for an Excel-style filter — every city column has its own ▾ with Filter by Colour and Filter by Value together, exactly like Excel. Base Price now has its own column. Upper and lower target are editable; lower auto-fills as upper + spread. Drag a city heading to reorder.
